Faculty of Business Administration & Management

The Faculty of Business Administration and Management is a pioneer Faculty of Uganda Martyrs University, established in 1993 to help bridge the gap between managerial theory and modern practical business.

The main thrust of the Faculty consists in providing courses that train students to understand and internalize managerial theory, taking into consideration the relevancy of theory to the job market, equipping them with practical managerial skills and attitudes needed across many varied work scenarios.

The Faculty aspires to be one of Africa’s most renowned and internationally respected schools of management education, comprising a community of scholars, lecturers, students and alumni whose creative work and moral integrity transform the quality of learning and practice in management through sound, critical, up-to-date and practical engagement with real-world business transactions today.

As a research and teaching institution of Uganda Martyrs University, the Faculty was established to provide degrees, diplomas and certificate programmes in business and management studies suited to the demands of a modern, highly competitive global economy.

The Faculty of Business Administration and Management is offered across Main Campus Nkozi, Lubaga, Masaka, Mbale, Fort Portal and Ngetta campuses across Uganda today.
