I take the pleasure to welcome you to the virtual residence of the School of Arts and Social Sciences (SASS). We are happy to walk with you on your next academic journey. SASS is committed to providing innovative, transformative and high-quality instruction that produces locally responsive and globally responsible citizens.
In our two departments of Development Studies and Governance, Peace and International Studies; we proactively respond to your academic and professional needs, in the areas of; human rights, development, democracy, refugee and migration, governance, social work, public policy, diplomacy and peace studies.
Our academic and professional support stretch to areas of public administration, fashion design, and mental health psychology counseling, religious studies, as well as transformative faith and education.
We deliver our educational services using; virtual, full-time, part-time and blending learning/teaching modes, which makes learning convenient, flexible and impactful. Imbued in a philosophy of ‘transformative learning and teaching’, your learning experience with us will definitely be unique; one which focuses on your ‘becoming’, over your ‘knowing’.
