Reset the correct account
Account types are kept separate. A password reset for one portal can never update an account in another portal.
1Select the same account type used on the login page.
2Enter the email attached to that exact account.
3Use the secure link sent to your email. It expires after one hour.

Identity protection: the reset token is tied to one account ID and one role. Duplicate or ambiguous accounts are blocked for manual review.
